My campaign is to be part of the leaders for a transformation among the Yoruba people, guiding them into a genuine relationship with Almighty God through His Son, Jesus Christ. Yet God’s heart is not for the Yoruba alone—His divine plan encompasses all nations: the Luganda, Fulani, Itsekiri, Ethiopian, and every people on earth. This is part of the covenant He made with the Patriach, Abraham, to bless the nations of the world through a particular seed—Jesus. His love is universal, demonstrated by the gift of Jesus, who offers salvation to all.
Scripture reveals that God’s redemptive plan extends beyond individuals to entire nations. To be clear, by “peoples,” I mean nations. If this perspective is new to you, allow me to share a bit of what I learnt with you:
Human history is marked by a tragic pattern—both individuals and nations have turned from God to worship fallen angels as idols, and spiritually corrupt philosophies inform their realities, from ages to ages. This demonic inspiration led to such great wickedness that God once reset the world through the flood, preserving only Noah and his family. Yet, even after that judgment, humanity strayed again.
God saw how far we had fallen—so far that He called Abram out of a family and culture that worshiped a fallen angel associated with the sun. But God had a unique purpose for Abram, a loin that would usher final salvation to all humans in the world. He also renamed him Abraham, weaving into his spiritual DNA the potential for the seed of his loins not to save only many humans but many nations (Genesis 17). God’s salvation through Abraham was never meant only for individuals; it was always intended for nations.
He established Israel as a nation before revealing individual salvation, even identifying Israel as His firstborn nation. When Pharaoh opposed God’s firstborn, Egypt’s firstborns were taken. This was a clear declaration: God is not only the God of individuals, families, or religions—He is the God of nations.
Long before God established Israel, fallen angels had already divided the nations among themselves, embedding their influence into cultures and spiritual practices across the world, altogether shaping realities. Nearly every culture bears traces of this dark spiritual inheritance.
But God’s grand design is the redemption of both individuals and nations through the blood of Jesus. Psalm 82:8 calls for God to inherit all nations. Revelation 7:9 visions a great multitude from every nation, tribe, and language before the throne. Revelation 22:2 even shows that nations will persist into eternity.
So besides Israel—which itself struggles in its relationship with God—what other nation belongs to Him in worship, culture, and practice?
Just as the “Awon Alale” spirits assert influence in Yorubaland, fallen spirits claim regions worldwide. From the world influencers’ satanic strongholds, a global campaign is emerging: a call for people to “return to their roots” and reconnect with the idols and fallen angels of their heritage. This is what the Supreme God has revealed to me as the revival of idolatry.
Agents of this movement will even infiltrate churches, mocking sound doctrine and diluting biblical truth—all to undermine the essence of Christ-following. Unknowingly, however, they are setting the stage for a true spiritual awakening. While they champion a return to tradition, Jesus will infuse these very cultures with divine purpose, reclaiming nations for Himself.
The Yoruba people, with their rich heritage, language, and land, are meant to stand among God’s chosen peoples. That is why I declare again: Yoruba for Jesus!
Although as at year 2024, I have served for seven years in Christ Solution Church of God, and while waiting upon the Lord for the next direction, I received a revelation that I am not called to build a church but to remain in this denomination. A radio device was given to me in the vision, to send a message to the Yoruba people. In real life, outside of the realm, I wish it could at least be a message to Nigerians. I believe that I can proclaim “Nigeria for Jesus,” but the Lord has shown me a different path. He is raising up individuals to advocate for every ethnic or nation of people and even states, the timing of such spiritual uprising is when I don’t know. This holy strategy will confound Satan, his devils, and all their human allies who think they have captured the four walls of the church, nope, the church just got stronger by leaving the walls.
I invite you to join me so that we can lead the Yoruba people to God through Jesus. Not all will respond—some hearts are hardened—but we can reach the receptive. Though Yorubaland has many churches and widespread recognition of Jesus’ name, too few truly understand His mission, the coming day of judgment, or the eternal weight of their choices.
True discipleship means knowing Jesus deeply. Together, let’s answer the call of the Lord and embark on this transformative journey.
My Lord said to me in Yoruba language that “won ko mo mi, won maa ngbo, won si maa npe oruko mi ni,” meaning “they don’t know me, they only hear and call my name — Jesu!
